The state boat launch on Route 133 in Bridgewater, giving boaters access to Lake Lillinonah, will remain closed until April 19, 2014 _ the first day of fishing season.
The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection closed the site for renovations in September, and had planned to reopen it on Dec. 31. However, the extreme cold of recent days will prevent the DEEP from doing the necessary paving at the site until spring.
