THE grief-stricken parents of a boy who was killed when a tornado hit his Oklahoma primary school are convinced they have seen the nine-year-old since his tragic death.
Scott McCabe says a photo taken of his niece playing with a sparkler appears to show their son Nicholas in the background.
Nicholas died along with seven of his classmates when a tornado ripped through the Plaza Towers Elementary in Moore, Oklahoma, on May 20.
His devastated family is now finding comfort in the picture of his cousin Madison, which was taken during Fourth of July celebrations, News 9 reports.

In the image, a second figure can be seen behind the little girl.
"I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Nicholas loved the Fourth of July and he loved firecrackers," Scott McCabe told News 9.
"My brother, when he saw it, he said the hair stood up on his neck," Mr McCabe added. "I was in awe. It touched my heart,"
"It's obviously not Madison. It's obvious there are two people there or one person there and one spirit there.'
Nicholas was buried in his red Plaza Towers T-shirt and his father is convinced the figure in the photograph is wearing a red shirt.
Sceptics say the image is mererly a blurry photograph of a young girl caused by a phone being shaken.
But Mr McCabe firmly believes that the image is proof his son is watching over his family.
'They can say what they want. I believe. I believe he's watching over us,' he said.
Nicholas and his classmates died after being crushed by a falling wall when the tornado struck. The children were told to hide in the hallway of the primary school as the building did not have a purpose-built tornado shelter.
The Moore tragedy was one of the deadliest tornadoes in the history of the US, killing 25 and injuring hundreds.
