Johnny Manziel expected to decide on NFL draft before bowl

The future of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel should be known before the Aggies play in their next bowl game.
Manziel, who won the Heisman Trophy as a redshirt freshman, is eligible to enter the NFL draft after this season because he is three years removed from playing in high school.
He is projected as a possible first-round pick by multiple draft experts.
Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin told ESPN Radio's SVP & Russillo that he would speak to Manziel about his future after the team's final regular-season game at Missouri on Nov. 30.
"We haven't had that conversation," Sumlin said. "My job is to get him all the facts that we can get him. We'll have that discussion after the Missouri game, certainly during the bowl preparation. I'm sure the announcement will be made at that time."
Manziel is a contender to match Archie Griffin and become the second player to win the Heisman twice. The sophomore has thrown for 3,313 yards and 31 touchdowns in 10 games. The Aggies are 8-2 and play at No. 19 LSU on Saturday.
"He's handled things on the field as well as any player in the country," Sumlin said during the interview. "His numbers are better than they were last year. And I've had a number of people tell me there's no more exciting college football player in the country than he is, and he's the guy they like to watch. He's a special talent. His energy, his leadership on the team is evident and he continues to get better every week."
