A DAD said he had been forced to take out a restraining order against a five-year old boy who he claims has been bullying his daughter at kindergarten.
Brian Metzger said his six-year-old daughter was threatened and attacked by the boy atPrairie Lane Elementary School in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin to the extent that she doesn’t want to go to school anymore, WISN-TV reported.
He told WISN-TV his daughter told him the boy said: “I want to slit your throat and watch you bleed.”
Metzger said his daughter and other classmates had been harassed by the boy for the entire school year, yet the school authorities had failed to do anything.
“I think they should have done something a lot sooner. They’ve kept him in the same classroom as my daughter throughout this,” he said.

Metzger filed a police report alleging his daughter was kicked in the face, and had rocks and sand thrown at her. He also obtained a temporary restraining order against the boy.
The school has since taken the boy out of the girl’s classroom but Metzger is insistent that the boy must be thrown out of school.
“There’s always two sides to every story,” Kenosha Unified School Districtspokeswoman Tanya Ruder said.
A hearing on the restraining order has been scheduled for Tuesday.
